If you’ve been reading my posts, you know that two weeks ago I attended a Whisky & Cheese class at The Cheese School of San Francisco. I must say it was amazing. The instructor was the well informed and funny Sheana Davis . Out of the 9 cheeses we sampled, my favorite was the one that she made. I learned more about cheeses within those two hours than I’ve ever learned in my life! I must say, I’m not usually a whisky woman (more of a dark rum kinda gal), however my taste-buds enjoyed the different pairings. I never knew there were so many ways to bring out different flavors of a bourbon. Below are a few fun photos of the event! I highly recommend checking out a class for yourself!
